SECTION 9 - RESELLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the platform to sell clothing and related items, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Listing Requirements:

All items listed for sale must be clothing or related items, such as accessories or footwear. The description and images of the items must accurately represent the condition and quality of the items. Any false or misleading information about the items is strictly prohibited.

 

Seller Responsibilities:

The seller is responsible for ensuring that the item being sold is in a decent and hygienic condition. This includes but is not limited to, items being free from odors, stains, rips, tears, and any other damages that may impact the item's quality and usability. Pricing:

The platform reserves the right to adjust prices at any time to ensure competitive pricing.You will confirm the rental price for your clothing, with the consideration of our pricing analysis factors. To give your items the best possible value, it is calculated on the basis of the market price of the fashion item & evaluated with the weightage mentioned below: Condition, Season, Fashion, Durability.

 

Payment:

Payments for sold items will be processed through the platform's payment system. The platform will retain 20% of the sale price as a commission fee (in case of selection of Fulfillment by self, FBS) & 40% of the sale price as a commission fee (in case of selection of fulfillment by Cloket, FBC). The remaining amount will be credited to the seller's account. In case of fulfillment by Cloket, the customer has to bear the shipping charge for sending the item to our warehouse, and the return shipping charge in case the item is not approved for listing.

 

Disputes:

The platform will assist in resolving any disputes between buyers and sellers. However, the final decision on a dispute rests with the platform.

 

Prohibited Items:

The following items are prohibited from being listed or sold on the platform: counterfeit items, hazardous materials, stolen property, items that infringe on intellectual property rights, and items that are illegal.
