Refunds
The platform has a 2-day return policy. Buyers may return items for a full refund within 2 days of receipt if the item does not match the description provided by the seller. In that case, the seller is responsible for the cost of return shipping
Refundable Security Deposit Policy:
At Cloket Fashion Technologies Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers while reselling clothing. To facilitate this process, we have implemented a refundable security deposit policy for your peace of mind. Please read the following guidelines:

A security deposit (80% of booking amount) must be paid at the time of picking up the clothing items. This deposit will be refunded to you after a thorough quality check and upon receiving all necessary clearances.

If an outfit is returned with irreversible damages or stains, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

The security deposit will be refunded after the return process after a satisfactory quality check.

In the case of online bank transfers, the refund process may take up to 7-15 business days.

Fee payable by you, you hereby authorise the Site Owner to immediately charge the balance Late Fee, on the credit card/debit card of the User registered with the Site.

You hereby agree and acknowledge that you shall be solely liable for returning the Product in the same conditions (excluding normal wear and tear) as the Product was delivered to you. It is hereby clarified that you shall be liable for all costs incurred by the Site Owner in relation to any Substantial Damage or Major Loss to the Product caused by you. The cost assessment of the Site Owner in this regard shall be final and binding on the User. The Site Owner shall have the right to deduct such costs for Substantial Damage or Major Loss, as the case maybe.

At the time of returning the Product, you are required to package the Product in the original packing in which it was delivered to you or any return packing provided to you by the Site Owner at the time of delivery of the Product. Kindly ensure that you seal the package properly.

It is further agreed that the Product shall be returned in a safe and acceptable manner, only to the person designated by the Site Owner, who shall pick up the Product from your Shipping Address on or before the Return Date, as per your instructions.

You hereby explicitly agree not to dispute the decision made by the Site Owner in relation to the determination of a material damage done to the Product during its delivery on your part and/or any Substantial Damage or Major Loss in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Any dispute regarding return of any Product or any of the terms of this Return Policy will be governed by this Return Policy and by the laws of India.
Return Policy:
Our return policy ensures a hassle-free experience for customers who have ordered clothing items through our platform. Please take note of the following terms and conditions:

This return policy governs the return of any clothing product ("Product") ordered by you as a user of our website "www.cloket.in" ("Site"). The policy is applicable to users who are renting the displayed clothing items for personal use.

You, as the user, agree to return the rented products in a satisfactory condition, as specified in this policy and the Terms and Conditions available on the Site.

You are solely responsible for returning the products within 3 (Three) days after the booking period or as per the return date communicated & confirmed with Cloket Beforehand, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

If you fail to return the product before the expiry of the Return Date, the Site Owner is entitled to charge a Late Fee as detailed below:

Late Fee for outfits/apparel:16.67% of the original rental amount per day

Late Fee for accessories or other fashion items: 16.67% of the original rental amount per day

Please note that the Late Fee is in addition to the Rental Fee payable for each product and any additional payment due on account of any material damage to the product during your use.

The Site Owner may withhold the Security Deposit until the Late Fee is recovered, as per the Terms and Conditions.

By accepting this policy, you authorise the Site Owner to charge any outstanding Late Fee to the credit card/debit card registered with the Site.
Refund Policy:

Refunds for cancelled orders: In the event that your order is cancelled before the delivery date, a full refund of the Rental Fee and the Security Deposit (if applicable) will be issued within 7 business days.

Refunds for returned products: Upon successful return of the product in satisfactory condition, the Rental Fee and the Security Deposit (if applicable) will be refunded within 7 business days from the Return Date.

Mode of refund: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. For cash payments, the refund will be made in cash. For online payments, the refund will be made to the original account used.
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer product exchanges since our items are unique and don’t have any similar stocks and similar to sellers. If you wish to get a different product, you will need to place a new order on our website.
Quality Assurance: (For Cloket Fulfilled Orders) Our team performs a thorough quality check before handing over the product to you to ensure its condition and cleanliness. If you receive a product with any manufacturing defects or significant damage not caused by usage, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item for a resolution.
Covered Situations: Our return and refund policy covers the following situations:

Item not matching the description provided by the seller.

Defects not visible or declared by the seller.

Incorrect item or size delivered.

Not Covered Situations: Our policy does not cover the following situations:

Change of mind.

Imperfections or damage already declared by the seller.

Item does not fit or size issues.

Delayed delivery.
All return requests must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the item. After 72 hours, the payment will be released to the seller, and the item will not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return:
If you have received an item with any of the covered issues, take a photo of the discrepancy, and email us at social@cloket.in or WhatsApp us at +91-7577985086. We will inspect the images and resolve the dispute with the seller. If additional information is required, we will contact you.

Approved Return Request:
If your return request is approved, Cloket will arrange for the item to be shipped back to the seller. Once the seller receives the item, we will process your refund within 2-3 working days. Please allow additional time for the amount to be processed by your payment or banking partner.

Exchanges:
Purchased items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is an issue with the product as described above.
