  • How can I enroll my clothes for Renting/Reselling?
    Fill out the above "Sell Or Rent Out" form by uploading photos and providing details about your items. Once you submit, we'll send you a confirmation email with information about how much price your clothes are worth for renting/reselling. To know your estimate, reselling/renting price, you can use Cloket's calculator to know the worth of your fashion item.
  • How is the pricing calculated?
    The price value is determined by factors (mentioned below) that we know matter to you. To give your items the best possible value, it is calculated on the basis of market price of the fashion item & evaluated with the weightage mentioned below:
  • How will I get paid?
    72 hrs after the item has been successfully delivered from your location you will receive a successful payment message on your provided email id and phone number. (Unless an issue has been raised by the renter).
  • Are there any penalties or hidden charges?
    Cloket retains the right to charge a penalty in the following scenarios : The item is not received in the condition specified during listing. The item has not been cleaned or washed. Cloket will choose to charge a cleaning fee, or an adjustment to the price of the item at it's discretion.
  • What happens after I list an item?
    After you submit a listing, we'll review it and notify you if it's accepted. Once approved, your item will be available to rent in and/ buy on our platform by our customers. When someone purchases your item, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and notify you via email or call.
  • What about the shipping label and the packaging?
    You can purchase reusable product packaging from Cloket at subsidised rates for renting out your clothes. Just drop your cleaned/washed item in the package with the ready to print and paste shipping label provided to you via email and we will arrange for the pickup to the customer's location once your order is confirmed! The item must be sent within 0-3 business days subjected to the type/date of delivery.
  • What if I change my mind?
    If you change your mind and decide to keep the item before it gets rented out./sold, simply inform us at Cloket, and we will remove the product from the website.
  • What if the item is damaged in transit?
    Once you ship the item, it is required that you provide photographic evidence of its condition during packaging. In the unlikely event that the item is damaged or lost during shipping, Cloket will take full responsibility for the item and initiate an investigation with our courier partners to resolve the matter.
  • How do I know that my item has been put up?
    Once you have accepted the quote sent through email, the listing will be made live on the platform. It will be visible to customers and you will start receiving orders.
  • Why do you charge a service fee?
    We charge a small fee to use our service for your convenience. Which includes storage, maintenance, photoshoots, marketing, curation etc. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs.
  • What does a Peer-to-peer listing mean?
    Peer-to-peer (P2P) listings mean that the item has been uploaded remotely by an individual, and they (the seller) will ship the item directly to you. We'll provide the shipping label to use and notify the seller where to send the order. This is mainly applicable for sellers who choose FBS (Fulfillment by Self).
  • What is Fulfilment By Self (FBS) and Fulfilment by Cloket (FBC)?
